Always have to reboot it. ### 1/5 — Not worth the one star! *2022-08-17* It constantly tells you that YOU forgot to log out when you have to close it out just to add more photos from your library. Or, when your phone times out, YOU forgot to log out. Constant reboots just to get this app to work. These developers don’t take suggestions (at least that I know of) from people that actually use it. Here’s a suggestion. Scrap it and start over. Get practical suggestions from people that use it…. DAILY!!! ### 1/5 — Junk *2022-06-25* This app constantly signs you out throughout the day costing you a lot of downtime because you have to sign back in to your app. Also, the recent update took away the mechanics hour option which is a huge problem for people like myself that works flat rate and likes to keep track of there hours per day and week. ### 1/5 — Worst, worst, worst *2022-06-23* Wish I didn’t have to give it at least one star. This app is beyond awful due to always being down throughout the day. I waste at least 2 hours of my day waiting for the app to come back up so I can clock in/out of jobs. Then it logs you out randomly throughout the day which then takes you forever to get back into it. Complete and utter garbage ### 1/5 — Constant Troubles *2022-04-28* Consistently down , different issues with displaying proper time. Not trying to improve your app but generally it’s terrible. It makes 5 min operations that add another 10 minutes when the app isn’t functioning properly; which is often. Having used other DOS’s without the loss of time and revenue. ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-05-11* App constantly bugs out and sits in a loading screen for hours. Forces you to constantly close the app then reopen it and you have to start over again. Randomly crashes. The second they get it close to working well they update it and it gets even worse. Horrible for productivity in the work place. They should be sued if they charge for this service. Costs companies millions if you look at the bigger picture. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2025-12-08* Constant problems, for years. App never works right, always crashes. I try so very hard to stand up for the whole company and get things rectified but when and if I do somehow I am criticized for doing so. When this app crashes and just shuts off on the daily and I try to ask for help I somehow become the bad guy. I would love to give a good review but unfortunately there’s nothing good about this app right now and there hasn’t been anything good for quite some time!! I’ll ask again. For the love of Jesus fix this app!! 🙏🏻 ### 1/5 — Worst, worst, worst, Update 2025 *2025-09-03* Here is my 2025 update and it is still a garbage app. The tech support has no idea what they are doing the app and services of IDS will cost you and your company money. I still waste about 2 hours of my day trying to get this awful app to work!!! Wish I didn’t have to give it at least one star. This app is beyond awful due to always being down throughout the day. Then it logs you out randomly throughout the day which then takes you forever to get back into it. Complete and utter garbage ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2023-10-24* Constant errors and having to go back through menus to be able to see clock in or punch in buttons, constant cannot connect to server/cannot retrieve data/documents errors, deleted notes causing you to have to type them all over again, the server is down at least a couple times every month causing you to not be able to clock in to jobs or log in at all, among many other bugs and errors. App is nearly unusable after the latest update, which seems to have doubled these errors/bugs. ### 1/5 — Terrible system *2023-06-13* Not even worth the 1 star. Constantly crashing, wiping out pictures in work orders, constant error messages. This system and app are an efficiency killer. Constantly losing time from this system.
