## What is IDS Workforce?

A powerful Workforce Management System designed to streamline field operations. The app enables engineers to view and complete assigned jobs efficiently, uploading photos and all necessary details directly from their device.

Engineers can also create and manage emergency callouts independently, reducing reliance on office staff and improving response times.
