It should be dead bang easy, but trying to download anything over about 1.5 gigs and it continually errors out. Pretty sad for a 32 gig drive. So all my contacts are backed up, but only a fraction of the photos I tried to download off of my iPad downloaded before it errored out, and it wouldn’t even attempt to open photos on my iPhone 8. No explanations, no try this or that advice, just “error” and your done. This app is the companion to that thumb drive. It does exactly what I expected and backed up all my photos and contacts. The USB side of the thumb drive let me access everything from my PC. Pretty nice! ### 4/5 — Backup contacts says “Error” *2019-05-27, version 1.1.5* Nothing more! No indication what the error is, no indication what is causing it, no indication how to fix it. Yet my iPhone handles my current in-phone contacts just fine — but not iduo. USELESS!!! Update: deleted the app, re-installed, and was able to backup contacts again. Good luck finding anything. Im using iDUO Drive. This does not happen with iDUO GALAX, however it doesn’t recognize the usb stick.. Great idea, bad execution!!
