商品が届いた後レビューを書きましたが、何回トライしても『想定外のエラーが発生しました。やり直してください』と出てきます。
アプリ内の『アイディアスに問い合わせ』からその旨を6/19に問い合わせていますが、未だ返事なし。ちなみに既読済になってるので既読スルーです。

商品はとてもよかったのに、運営の対応が、、

아이디어스 글로벌 버전 앱서비스는 국내 서비스와는 별도의 서비스로 운영 되고 있어 한국 계정이 있으시더라도 별도의 계정을 생성해주셔야 하시며 배송지는 한국이 아닌 해외인 경우 구매하실 수 있습니다.
한국 내 배송지 설정을 위해서는 국내 아이디어스 서비스를 이용해주시기 바랍니다.

Was able to purchase what I wanted successfully, but now I can’t message the seller via the order or their profile due to an error with the app. I’ve tried deleting the app and redownloading and I still get the same issue.

It keep saids it occurs error. I can’t order because this problem. Please fix it.
