## What is idw?

Identity Wallet helps you earn from your data, understand and organize your digital identity, all while democratizing the advertisement industry for everyone. Sign up today to embrace the power of your identity!

Identity Wallet operates as a two-sided marketplace with companies on one side and users on the other. The companies pay users for their data and users provide consent to us running analytics on their data (which is end-to-end encrypted) by subscribing to data offers put out by companies on our marketplace section of the app. Companies post these data offers through our web portal (www.identity-wallet.com), requesting certain data parameters from users which they would like Identity Wallet to run analytics on for them. After companies post these offers through the web portal, users can see them on our mobile app. Users can click on an offer from a company, choose what data parameters they want to allow analytics to be run on, and will receive a payout when that data has been entered into the Identity Wallet app/provided to run analytics on. In this process the company never receives the data. Identity Wallet runs analytics on the data and provides the results of that analytics (in the form of consultation/averages based on the company’s request) to the company. This allows user anonymity and privacy to be upheld and allows them to be paid for their data. Identity Wallet runs payouts using PayPal, depositing money to user’s PayPal accounts if they have them, or to the email they registered with so they can create PayPal accounts with those emails upon receiving their first payout from us. Identity Wallet also obtains a 20% commission for every data offer that users earn money from (in essence, the company pays 80% of the money to the user, and 20% to us).
