Can’t see my favorites despite me spending a long time saving them. I used the paper schedule 95% of the time **Developer response:** Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback. We hope to see you next year at IDWeek 2024. ### 1/5 — One star is too many *2023-10-13* Freezes constantly: hard to navigate a national/international meeting with an App that will not load schedule. IDSA and others please get a better App for next year. This has been an issue with prior meetings and versions of the App. Maybe time to consider another App developer? **Developer response:** Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback. To fix this I have tried reinstalling twice and now I can’t even log in - can’t reach server. ### 1/5 — Crashes, with other problems *2023-10-12* Slow, and crashes a lot. I can’t open my favorites. I’m glad they’re still printing a paper scheduled coz the app is useless most of the time. It was much faster and didn’t crash as often in previous years ### 2/5 — Just Not Working *2023-10-11* I favorites the lectures I want to see, but now whenever I pull up my schedule it crashes. Over and over and over again. Pretty much only good for unwanted notifications and a 10 sec pharma add on start up. I probably should give it 1 star were it not for the fact it seemed to work briefly prior to IDWeek starting. **Developer response:** Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback. We hope to see you next year at IDWeek 2024. ### 1/5 — Pretty awful *2022-10-25, version 2.0* When the app decides to cooperate it works well. Unfortunately, at least half the time it freezes or stalls and is utterly useless. The kick in the teeth was that many of the notes I took during sessions seem to be lost. They saved initially but when slides were later added to the app by the organizers, it seems the slides have over-written my notes. Don’t make the mistake I did and avoid using the notes feature! ### 3/5 — Evaluation *2022-10-23, version 2.0* Needs improvement. I started hand writing schedules the night before bcoz the app wont respond when you need it to. ### 1/5 — Disappointing quality *2022-10-21, version 2.0* Very poor quality. Crashes and freezes extremely frequently. Difficult to navigate. Almost impossible to participate in the polling function which was a major feature in MANY of the talks. There was also no map or navigation feature that I could find.
