### 1/5 — Garbage

*2023-10-20, version 2.1.1*

Was given this by Caesar’s as part of data breach and this is the most generic useless credit monitoring app I have ever used! It don’t even show you your credit to anything! What a waste of time and Caesar’s must have paid for the cheapest one around. Useless

### 1/5 — service doesn’t work

*2023-10-01*

Had a credit card signed up, activated and used, never received an alert.

### 1/5 — Works but limited functionality

*2023-09-02, version 2.1.1*

No problems logging on but the dashboard only has Cyberscan results (the fingerprint icon) and a password checker. All the other functionality shown in the screenshots is missing and there are no fancy score displays. Very disappointing.

### 1/5 — Horrible app and customer service

*2022-07-01, version 2.0.1*

Was given this service for free due to mine and my son‘s identity being breached through a hospital being negligent. Called their customer service with concerns , after speaking with the customer service who the most unhelpful person I’ve ever spoken to in my life ;I finally told her to have one of her managers call me back so I could maybe speak with somebody who might have knowledge about my question and concerns. The hospital who was negligent at least could’ve hired a reputable company to assist with credit monitoring service;but it seems they hired the most cut rate service they could find to save them money. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND SERVICE!!!!

### 1/5 — Can’t login

*2021-11-23, version 1.8.3*

App won’t let you log in. Use website.

### 1/5 — Does this thing work

*2021-08-13, version 1.8.3*

I recently signed up for this app due to a data breech. I was sent paperwork saying that my health insurance info might have been compromised. So I sign up and everything seemed fine. Then a month to two months later I realize I’ve gotten no alerts from the app and it’s been quiet. So I figure maybe that’s a good thing. But to check I open the app and after I try to log in I get an endless yellow spinning circle. After a few minutes I realize oops it’s probably my internet which has been very wonky lately. I turn off my WiFi and use my cell data. Nope…I restart the app. Log in. And still yellow endless spinning circle. Wow. Did I just give all my personal info to a random company for nothing? TOTALLY the opposite of what this app makes you think.

### 1/5 — Unable to login

*2021-07-20, version 1.8.2*

Upon entering my username and password an enhanced security message displays for me to enter the code that was sent to this mobile phone’s app. Ok, I’m stuck, I can’t login to obtain the code that is required to login. Who ever was the project lead on this design did a great job protecting access.

### 1/5 — Wont open

*2021-04-02, version 1.8.2*

After I log in, the little yellow “thinker” keeps spinning and spinning. Never opens up the app. What’s the problem?

### 1/5 — Won’t login

*2020-10-10, version 1.6.2*

Useless. Just like everyone else has been saying

### 1/5 — No sirve para nada

*2020-09-15, version 1.5.0*

Es una porqueria

### 1/5 — Login doesn’t work

*2020-09-10, version 1.5.0*

I can login using website but can’t login using app.

### 1/5 — Can’t login

*2020-07-09, version 1.5.0*

I just logged into the site fine but can’t get into the app with same login information. This makes what is supposed to be convenient very inconvenient. Can this please be fixed?

### 1/5 — Cannot login

*2020-07-03, version 1.5.0*

No matter how many times I put in the correct login information, it won’t let me login and tells me that my username and password is incorrect. I can login on the webpage but not in this app. Obviously this app is garbage.

### 1/5 — Still Not Available for OPM Accounts

*2020-05-14, version 1.5.0*

This app still does not allow you to log in if you have an OPM-backed account.

### 1/5 — Why no OPM support?

*2020-05-12, version 1.5.0*

Why wouldn’t this app support their OPM clients?

Useless. Deleted.

### 1/5 — Won’t allow me to log in

*2020-03-24, version 1.4.2*

Using the correct credentials, not able to log in. Web version works fine but this app is not functional.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Can’t get into it

*2025-10-24, version 2.1.1*

No other way to sign in than by using a third party authentication app. I had one in Microsoft Authenticator but that was discontinued by Microsoft so the code disappeared.

### 1/5 — Scam Alert!

*2025-02-02, version 2.1.1*

I don’t believe this is a real company. I’m asking Apple to take it down.
- No service is offered.
- They do no monitoring.
- They are unable to identify you no matter how much personal information you cough up
- They provide no support
This seems like a scam used to make it look United Healthcare did something in response to their massive data breach.

### 1/5 — Impossible

*2024-11-01, version 2.1.1*

Awful

### 1/5 — Don’t do it!

*2024-10-15, version 2.1.1*

I made an account with this company due to receiving a data breach notification from Change Healthcare that they were offering free credit monitoring services.
IDX asked a lot of very personal information online that I was very uncomfortable giving but then, after I reluctantly did so, they said they can’t complete my account because they can’t verify my identity. I’ve emailed and called and was on hold forever but no resolution. This is very suspicious, in my opinion. I’d definitely stay away and not give them any personal information. They don’t appear to be offering much based on my experience and that of most of their reviewers. You’re also compromising your personal information further by giving it away to yet another source that it can be stolen from. I wish I’d followed my gut and I hope this spares someone else the regret I now have.
I did log in to my IDX account and requested they delete my information and can only pray that they do so.

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2024-09-18, version 2.1.1*

Trying to log in and all I get is the spinning wheel. Delete

### 1/5 — OMG yet another toothless & useless P.O.S.

*2024-09-11, version 2.1.1*

I can attest to the setup process being sketchy and nerve-wracking! I was actually more nervous providing and / confirming all the private data it asks for than I am without using this seemingly bottom-of-the-barrel
“protection service”! Indeed as soon as their automated phone-tree dumped me where nobody ever answered the phone, I knew I had been had. No human ever seems to be available! All the ‘services’ described to you after you create and confirm your account are obnoxiously vague to the point you can’t tell whether they part of your account, or are just being shoved in your face to up-sell you! INFURIATING.

### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time

*2024-08-28, version 2.1.1*

After several attempts to setup an account via a phone call to customer service. The phone has never been answered. Multi hours listening to hold music. How do you even run a business?!?!?

### 1/5 — IRS and id.me installed this on my ipad and i have no access to it

*2024-04-21, version 2.1.1*

Knew this was coming. Watch out. Planted and visible in general settings but have no access. This is spyware. Time to call apple.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2024-03-01, version 2.1.1*

Shows exposure but does nothing to remove information.

### 1/5 — Trash

*2024-01-21, version 2.1.1*

Had this service for a data breach and my identity got stolen while I had this service. Now they only reimburse you for fees. Like really. Never got one alert. It was still saying that everything was fine. I canceled and removed the app.

## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great, for me!

*2025-03-07, version 2.1.1*

I had a data breach, and was given a membership for this app! It’s nice to be able to see what is going on with my finances, considering, the world as it is, today! Reading through the reviews and I haven’t had any issues! In order to continually, monitor your finances, they are going to need your info! At this point, if someone wants my data, that bad, take it! I’ll go live, off the grid and not participate, in this, rigged against everyone, except the filthy rich, society! It’s not called filthy, for nothing! Get the app, honestly, what do you have to loose?! ❤️🇵🇸

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2020-01-29, version 1.4.2*

Love how simple and easy to use this app is. Great extension of their member dashboard, plus it’s nice to know I won’t accidentally miss an alert that gets buried in my email.

### 5/5 — Great quick account reference

*2019-08-14, version 1.2.1*

I love that I can quickly review my alerts in the app. Discovered that if I accidentally mark an alert as suspicious I can change it to valid from the app also.

### 3/5 — App is now working

*2023-03-16, version 2.1.0*

When I first tried the app it was broken and wouldn’t sign in. After emailing customer support they seem to have fixed it because I can now login.

### 2/5 — No response, NONE

*2024-10-26, version 2.1.1*

I submitted 2 requests for a call in regard to notifications and received nothing. I guess IDX really does not care.

### 2/5 — Poor job of monitoring

*2024-09-17, version 2.1.1*

I know my data has been compromised by multiple breaches, including the NPD dump in Aug 2024 yet IDX reports it as “no exposures”.
The whole app is nothing more than an attempt to get you to pay for their data scrubbing services.
