## What is IED Log?

This app is designed for individuals who have been diagnosed with intermittent explosive disorder, to help them monitor their angry outbursts.
•	Simple, self-reported daily log of individual outbursts
•	Record approximate time of outburst as well as estimated duration and severity 
•	Daily and weekly reminders to complete log each day, per study instructions
