Each and every time I opened the app the camera hooked up without fail. I have a much more expensive camera at my own home and I spent most of my holiday looking at a blank screen so as soon as I got home I ordered two ieGeek wifi cameras with solar charging, I have just installed them and am looking forward to their flawless performance. ### 4/5 — Almost perfect *2026-08-11, version 6.2.1* The app is almost perfect. My only complaint is that it doesn’t offer an option to change the notification tone. I truly don’t understand Why things have to be complicated. I like the product, but like anything else, Alls good, until you can’t find the button. I geek Cam does kinda like those cameras. There was an incident that happened and I couldn’t watch it because of the trash software. Even Tried different cards. Doesn’t matter. As far as I’m concerned it sucks because I won’t subscribe to their overpriced cloud service. Even on sale, still overpriced. I finally gave in and bought a Blink flood light to replace it.
