Usually I’m quite happy with my purchases,but I regret this one so bad.How are you developing a product especially a security camera when you can’t even connect it to a phone.Absolutely ridiculous,spent hours trying to pair the camera but no method worked.Do better.Worst purchase i reccomend no one waste money on this terrible product

This app is not reliable security, constantly glitching and going off line. I’m getting rid of this app and the ieGeek security camera!

This App has been unable to detect my ieGeek camera and the instruction's with the camera do not match what I get in the App. Have spent an hour going around in circles. The App does use a QR code scanner to set up the camera however it thinks the code on my camera is invalid and when I try to enter the numbers written on the camera it just says the format is incorrect. Poor documentation and an App that doesn’t work with a brand new product.

Aufzeichnungen frieren regelmäßig ein, wenn man sie sich anschauen möchte. Wischgesten zur Steuerung der Kamera funktionieren plötzlich nicht mehr und die App macht insgesamt einen schlechten Eindruck. Viel zu buggy und langsam. Macht die sonst gute Kamera außer für den Live-View unbrauchbar.
