IeKan is a family home-management app that lets relatives living apart watch over a parents' house together.

- Home screen
See the home's maintenance status and this month's check-in progress at a glance. Get seasonal maintenance suggestions.

- Photo timeline
Record the property's condition with photos. Everything is organized by date so you can compare past and present. Capture slow changes like wall cracks or shifts in the garden as a lasting record.

- Seasonal checklists
Spring, summer, fall, winter, and monthly maintenance checklists come ready to use. Manage seasonal tasks with reminders, from roof inspections before a storm to freeze protection in winter. Review your completion history in a graph.

- Document scanning + management
Photograph and store documents such as insurance policies, property tax notices, and repair records. OCR reads the text, and you get alerts when a document is nearing its deadline. Organize everything into four categories: Insurance, Tax + Property, Repairs + Renovation, and Utilities.

- Share with family
Send an invite code and the same property appears in your family's app. Photos, checks and documents are stored on each person's device; automatic sharing between family members is planned for a future update.

- Simple mode
For older family members, switch to a simple view showing only photos and the home screen. Fully supports text-size settings (Dynamic Type).

Subscriptions are charged after purchase confirmation and billed to your Apple ID account. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can turn off auto-renewal anytime in your Apple ID settings on your iPhone.
