### 1/5 — Biggest Scam Ever

*2026-03-30*

Complete waste of money and time. They charge a huge amount for absolutely useless classes and zero real support. Once they get your money, no one listens to your concerns or helps properly. Full of false promises, pressure tactics, and disappointment. Easily one of the worst decisions I’ve made. Do not waste your money here.

**Developer response:** Hello, we sincerely apologize for the experience you had to face. Our team would like to connect with you to know more about your issue regarding the classes and support. Do send us your contact details to us at customer.success@leapfinance.com. We will make sure that your issue gets resolved quickly. Regards, Team LEAP!

### 4/5 — Great platform for mock tests

*2026-03-29*

The application simulates the actual IELTS software. This fuels familiarity and time management. The answers to the reading and writing could be incorrect 5% of the times. Use your discretion in such cases. Otherwise an affordable platform for IELTS final week/s prep.

### 5/5 — I scored a 7.5 band in just a week

*2026-03-17*

The app is absolutely amazing. It truly helped me with my IELTS prep as it has all the necessary resources needed for the exam. You don’t have to go anywhere. It does charge a small ₹99 fee for 3 months of access but in my opinion it’s completely worth it.

I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a self-prep for IELTS.

**Developer response:** Hi, congratulations on your fantastic 7.5 band score! Thank you for your kind words and for choosing Leap Scholar for your IELTS preparation. We strive to provide top-notch study materials to help our students like you achieve their goals. Regards, Team Leap!

### 1/5 — Do not buy this stupid course

*2026-01-20*

Nothing is accurate you will find a lot of problem in solving writing part as there are questions mixed up from different sections.
It does not feels like a real IELTS test, if you are looking for classes, that may be okay, but the tests are worse and do not and if you’re buying it for the sole purpose, drop the plan.

### 1/5 — Complain

*2025-12-19*

I have paid the premium service amount which is also debited but, I did not got the service instead the home page is not showing up. I would like a refund if the app is not working or give the premium service for which I have already paid.

### 5/5 — Great platform

*2025-12-01*

Extremely useful app that gives you detailed feedback on where you are packing. Highly recommend trying this if you are stuck and need guidance

**Developer response:** Hi, thank you for the fantastic 5-star review! We're so pleased to hear you find the app's detailed feedback and guidance features useful. Your recommendation is the best compliment we could receive. Regards, Team LEAP!

### 2/5 — Fake promises

*2025-11-07*

Please review all the terms before joining them because at first they will assure you with the 100 percent refund of your money but at the end will deny from doing so which happened in my case and their management is also on a different level will respond till you pay them after then they will attend your calls after two to three missed calls.

**Developer response:** Hi Satwik, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating that must have been for you. We strive to provide transparent communication and fair support to all students. Please share your registered email ID or contact details at customer.success@leapfinance.com so our team can look into your case and resolve it as soon as possible. Regards, Team Leap!

### 1/5 — Helpful but misleading

*2025-07-17*

While the content in the application may be useful, it can leave you feeling undervalued. Even if you answer 9 out of 10 questions correctly, you might still receive a band score of 7, accompanied by a long list of suggested improvements. This approach can seem designed to make you doubt your abilities and push you toward purchasing their course or consultation services

**Developer response:** Hello Aaswati
We sincerely apologize for the experience you had to face. Our team would like to connect with you to learn more about your issue. Do send us your contact details to us at customer.success@leapfinance.com. We will make sure that your issue gets resolved quickly. Regards, Team LEAP!

*2025-06-05*

I have given a speaking test 7 days ago but still I waiting for its results and after 10 que cards their topics gets over and I have been requesting for new topics from 5 days but still I haven’t got any response although i have paid a 99Rs subscription

So don’t waste your money

### 1/5 — To many marketing call.

*2025-02-27*

After purchasing the course I have received too many marketing calls, which very irritating, and the representative is not so polite. I won’t purchase or recommend anyone to purchase such type of course where you are the product.
