They charge a huge amount for absolutely useless classes and zero real support. Once they get your money, no one listens to your concerns or helps properly. Full of false promises, pressure tactics, and disappointment. Easily one of the worst decisions I’ve made. It does not feels like a real IELTS test, if you are looking for classes, that may be okay, but the tests are worse and do not and if you’re buying it for the sole purpose, drop the plan. ### 1/5 — Complain *2025-12-19* I have paid the premium service amount which is also debited but, I did not got the service instead the home page is not showing up.
