Unfortunately, she couldn't connect to the app and I couldn't find any app support to resolve the issue. Despite canceling the subscription on my phone, it remains valid until June 22nd. I tried to log in using my phone after unsubscribing, but I got a message that my accounts does not exist!!!! The lack of app support and inability to log in have made this a complete waste of money.
