### 5/5 — 10/10

*2023-01-05, version 13.3.0*

Recommended by my therapist to work through EMDR on televisits. I am saddened this app has such low ratings. I think it works wonderfully. And it seems as though the 1 star ratings have comments the developer has responded to that address the issues mentioned. I rarely ever rate my apps but felt the need to give this one 5 stars in an attempt to raise their ratings as it’s definitely well deserved.

### 2/5 — Sound

*2020-09-28, version 13.3.0*

I think this app would be better if you had the option to have sound. If it does have sound, I do not see how to activate.

### 5/5 — EMDR for tele-health

*2020-04-07, version 13.2.0*

This was an excellent solution for my socially distanced session with my therapist. Very grateful to be able to continue our work in this new paradigm.

### 1/5 — Dot doesn’t go across screen all the way

*2020-03-21, version 13.1.0*

I love the concept but the eye movement is so restricted. If I turn my phone sideways (landscape), the dot only goes half way. It’s so frustrating. If they fixed this issue there is a lot of potential. ☺️
As for now, the eyes don’t move back and forth enough to be as effective as it needs to be. I also tried with my iPad and landscape mode is restricted to half screen as well.

**Developer response:** Dear Laura, when you turn your iPhone sideways it gives you access to the optional client list. You can always toggle full screen mode by pressing the "pause" ⏸ button on the bottom right.

### 1/5 — half a screen

*2016-01-31, version 4.0.1*

only shows half of the screen while the other half is dedicated to a column for client info. so your work space for the active emdr session is limited unnecessarily... and if you don't allow it access to your address book, (an emdr app needs access to your address book???) the whole program locks up until you do.

**Developer response:** By pressing the "pause" button on the bottom right, all settings are hidden and you have full screen view.
The address book access is only necessary if you want to save presets and historic sessions. No need to do so, just selecht the "fast forward" button to work without address book links.
The lockup was a bug eliminated in the latest version, which supports iOS 13 and newer iPhone models too.

### 4/5 — Simple but Effective

*2014-01-11, version 3.0*

Wish there was a little less blur with the dot other than that it's great especially for the price.

### 5/5 — Great App. Lots of potential

*2013-12-02, version 3.0*

Fantastic app.
Developer welcomes feedback and is nice to work with. Lots of therapeutic potential for a great price.
