I am a software engineer and I would think the people who write this program would be interested in seeing the list of bugs and how to reproduce them. There are so many as to make the program essentially useless. But my reviews never post. And there is no way to contact them directly because if you click the "app support" button it takes you to their website… Which doesn't exist.
