However I can’t continue playing. It just stops in the village of Slava. I finished a quest and when I returned the village is gathered around to to presumably continue the story but nothing happens. I’m locked in a cutscene but the villagers all just stand there staring at me. Can no longer move or select menu. I started a second game but the same thing happens in the same place ### 4/5 — Would be 5 stars *2018-02-22* Both berserker and mage reach “cut off” quest, are about to complete last objective by meeting Copper in Slav Village. When you arrive at the group in town your character becomes stuck. Can’t pause the game, enter character screen, cast spells or move. Tried waiting but just sits there indefinitely. When this issue is resolved I will change rating to 5 Star! (iOS 11.2.5 iPhone 7) ### 2/5 — Skip this, it’s incomplete *2018-01-26* I really want to like this. It has tons of potential, but just falls short. It feels unfinished. There are only 2 classes to choose from, and the game has places it just freezes up and you have to force close only to have the same thing happen once you get to a certain point, even from a different direction. Go buy titan quest. And let’s all just hope that maker will add the expansion, because it is great, even without multiplayer. Be nice if blizzard would bring over diablo, but good luck on that ever happening. Save your dollar on this one. ### 2/5 — Not working properly on iPad mini 4 *2017-12-29* Everything looks off. Looks like a shader problem ### 4/5 — Great Game, but Crashes Often... *2017-11-30* UPDATE 2: The crash seems to be caused by having a rune enchantment on my weapon. I changed weapons, and the game ran fine. I enchanted my weapon, and it crashed again. Obtained new weapon, and game ran fine. Review upgraded to 4 stars. If you can fix this bug, it will become a 5... UPDATE: Further crash details. When I load the game, it will run fine, until I make three consecutive, basic attacks. At this point, the screen goes black, and I am kicked out, but the game is still open in the background. When I go back in, it takes me back to the intro screen. I can walk around, talk, accept quests, go up and down ladders, carry out other attacks, craft, etc, but as soon as I do three consecutive basic attacks, the game crashes. Original review: I’m loving this game, but have had to restart twice now, as once the game starts to crash, the only way I have found to get it working is to create another character, and start again. This happened the first time when I was at level 10, and has happened again, just now, when I was at level 16, returning to the Nest, level III! Not really looking forward to starting this again... would rate a 5, but will have to give a 1, until this is fixed... :( ### 4/5 — Great game and support *2017-11-10* This game has a lot going for it from graphics to combat to controls. It’s all awesome. However it has force closing issues that sometimes cripple the game from advancing. Because this game hasn’t been updated in 3 years until recently, people have had to put up with these issues. Since the last updates most things have now been fixed. The game doesn’t crash or force close nearly as often, music is present now and the sound effects have been fixed. On the negative side however it’s force closed 3 times(mostly in the caves with spiders). Some snow levels are way too bright as is some levels in the desert(it wasn’t like that before). And one glitch towards the end, where you destroy statues, doesn’t allow you to talk to the guy afterwards that gave you the mission so you can receive your reward. And lastly there’s some seriously bad invisible wall problems throughout. Some are really bad while others are just annoying. But this game just has so much great stuff going for it that I have chosen to put up with these problems. So it gets a solid 4 unless these problems get fixed. Overall great game devs😎👍. Hopefully there’s a sequel in the works..... ### 2/5 — Good till the last boss *2016-10-23* Have been playing for a week on and off. Maybe you should play your own game and write an HONEST review) ### 3/5 — Constant crashes make it nearly unplayable. *2014-08-05* God, I've finally found the diablo 2 game I was looking for on my iPhone. This would have been, hands down, my favorite game ever. What they say about constant crashes is true. I just payed $6 for this amazing and unplayable game. I'm on iPhone 4s. I can play monster hunter freedom unite without a hiccup. This game has no excuse. After I finished the first quest of first village, when I got back from the forest, all the quest NPC just stand in the middle in the village, my character just walk automatically towards them and the game just stuck, cannot do anything. I tried on my iPad and iPhone with both character many time, all stuck by the same bug. It crashes after I have cleared the camp of skeletons and then head back to the village. Ripoff... ### 1/5 — It is hard to overstate how poorly designed this game is. *2015-11-06* The user interface is confusing. The mechanics of the game aren't explained well and there's little ability to switch between enemies. You can't experiment with different strategies and there are a hundred statistics, none of which have an immediately obvious impact on gameplay or change anything substantial. The difficulty curve explodes upwards randomly. There's a boss fight early on that is legitimately impossible unless you've upgraded your character in a very specific way ahead of time. The enemies are best described as "annoying", which is not a great attribute for the only things you can interact with in a meaningful way throughout the entire game. The story is non-existent. Half the game is spent looking at your 16 pieces of armor you've picked up and systematically finding which ones have the most green numbers over red numbers compared to the ones you're wearing. There's no meaning to any of it. The witch's special abilities are useless. She has one ability which is just another shot that does more damage. She has another one that does a lot of damage, but you have to stand perfectly still and you can't hit any enemies that are attacking you. She has yet another one that says something like "enemies cannot pass by this wall" which isn't true at all — it just does a paltry bit of damage and doesn't even slow them down. What's the point of that? This is, at its best, a numbers simulator. Nothing more. I see no conceivable reason for this game to exist. Please update the game, fix the crashing and game-breaking issues so it’s playable again. ### 5/5 — Fantastic — except for crashes *2019-08-12* I love this game and have returned to it more than any other of the same genre. The music, voices, story, gameplay, graphics are all really enjoyable. It is well-paced and doesn’t drag on repetitively ad infintum. And no in app purchases! I used to be able to get almost to the end before it froze up on me. Now i can’t get past the first real quest (clearing a village of Picts). Makes me really sad not to be able to play any more. Developers, I hope you can work out these bugs soon. If so, then I think this game can be recognized for the classic it is. ### 5/5 — Masterpiece *2017-10-30* If you liked Titan Quest and want more, this is a great one to check out. Yes there are occasional crashes, but nothing that ruins the game. The character customization could have more depth, but combat is always thrilling. The dialog has some typos, but the story and world are quite beautiful. Very impressive for an old game built by a small team. The game is gorgeous, the loot system and character upgrades are fantastic. There is even alchemy and picking ingredients. In my experience it runs very smoothly on the iphone 6 plus. It's only crashed once in about 8 hours of gameplay. Coming from someone that normally only plays console (x1) this is still a great game. All of the negative reviews are from people using old hardware complaining.
