This app is supposed to be configurable to email a picture when motion is detected. I am getting an email in my inbox but the attachment doesn’t download. This happened with both email servers I tried. Then when I search for tech support there is no avenue to reach the developers. So I am reduced to leaving a bad review hoping they will respond.

I was told it (I Eye) would work with my existing WiFi cameras. I cannot connect to Eye-4, Clever dog or Ring, which are all different apps but WiFi cameras. 

Can someone help me with connecting all of my WiFi cams?

Used to work but latest update says I must create a stronger password or it will no longer allow me to use my camera. It will not allow me to change the password, rendering the app & my camera now useless. No way to contact the vendor. Seriously not recommended.

The latest update has made thing worse not better I now can't preset the camera and takes to long to load up also I want HD all the time don't want to have to keep changing the settings from SD to HD. Worked really well before the update. please fix this or roll back changes.

This was working fine until recently. Now I get an error message saying device abnormal, system will update your id to 1. Then the whole thing becomes unstable, cameras are ‘offline’. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but I still get the same thing. I now have 4 useless cameras.

I love this app. It does exactly what I need it to do. The only issue I have with it is that in one of the recent upgrades (last 3months approx) the app doesn’t seem to remember my password, or it’s remembering the wrong one so I have to enter it every time I open the app which is really annoying! Would give it 5 stars if this could be fixed. It’s the same on my iPhone 7 and iPad.

Edit: the above is now fixed and I don’t have to re-enter the password every time. Awesome. There is an annoying “you’ve been logged out” prompt now which is not needed but apart from that, 5 stars.

I have used iEye for years and was a little disappointed when I first started but it’s the only app that worked with my cameras. But over time this app has really improved. In fact I have now returned to iEye and have stopped trying others! Good Job Developer - keep up the good work.
