## What is If?

"If I wake up, then I drink a glass of water." Writing a cue and an action as one sentence is called if-then planning (implementation intention). If-Then Record lets you write your day in exactly that shape, and see at a glance whether it is holding.

■ How it works (3 steps)
1. Write the cue
Something that happens every day anyway: "When I wake up", "After lunch".

2. List the actions under it
"Drink a glass of water", "Open the curtains". That group is one chain.

3. Tap when done
One check per day. Tapped by mistake? Tap again to undo. Everything resets on its own when the date changes.

■ Features
• A color per chain
Blue for the morning, purple for the night. The color tells you which group you are looking at.

• See where the chain broke
The point where the rail changes color is exactly how far you got today, and where you stopped.

• Trigger bar at the top
Shows how many times you finished each chain end to end, plus today's progress. Tap one to jump to it.

• Reordering without dragging
No press-and-hold gestures. Move rows one step at a time with ▲▼. Triggers move together with their chain.

• Reminders (free)
One time of day per chain.

• Backup (free)
Export and import as JSON, so your record survives a new phone.

• No account
Everything stays on your device. Nothing is sent to a server.

■ About the auto-renewing subscription

• Length and price: 1 month or 1 year, at the price shown on the purchase screen for your region.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone.
