The customer service has been great, with fanstaic response times. The app has lots of features and is quite easy to navigate. One issue I’ve faced is that whenever I try to add money from another account, I always get redirected back to the app store so the transfer never gets completed. Apart from that great bank! ### 4/5 — Everything is great *2025-12-13, version 1.12.6* Please enable the debit card for Bangladeshi users. ### 2/5 — Slow, complicated layout, bug with transfer *2025-10-24, version 1.12.2* Try to transfer the money to my another account. Have selected beneficiary account and filled in every blank, when I scrolled up for a double check, the beneficiary account just turned auto-blank and cannot found the pre-registered beneficiary account from the drop down selection. I have to cancel and redo the whole process. It had happened back and forth, particularly when I tried to make future payments. Stupid layout, slow app. I switch to iFast for better rates but the app is just annoying. ### 5/5 — Great *2025-07-17, version 1.11.4* Simple and effective ### 2/5 — Very difficult to transfer money to new payee including yourself *2025-06-29, version 1.11.2* It have been very annoying and frustrating everytime when you try to transfer money to friends or yourself. I sent money from Lloyds and later need to transfer back as I want to transfer fund to my cash ISA in trading 212 because transfer from ifast is not supported. This transfer back to the original source which is myself still need review… I totally understand fraud prevention is very important but I never experienced this with others UK banks. Other than above, Multi-currencies function is great, others also fine. However, if money transfer is so difficult, this will eventually make customers switch to others bank. ### 5/5 — Very useful *2025-06-05, version 1.10.9* IFAST is a great bank, it’s fast and high security ### 1/5 — Pathetic app and customer support *2025-05-23, version 1.10.8* I am very frustrated with this app, and the customer care is also very poor. I've raised my card issue three times, but I'm still unable to complete transactions. Every time I try to open the chat feature, I can't even access the keypad due to the app's poor interface. There are a lot of bugs, and despite raising the issue multiple times and receiving complaint numbers, no one has contacted me to resolve it. This has been a pathetic experience, and I regret opening an account with them. I am planning to close my account. Additionally, they do not support Apple Pay, which is frustrating since many people prefer to use it instead of carrying a physical card. I don’t understand why they offer banking services if they can’t support something as common as Apple Pay. This bank is either two guys running a bank app in there in their mama’s spare room , but no way should any person trust this bank I have screenshot all my correspondence as proof if have no CIFS ( fraud markers ) or bad credit score my name is alwie kamaar and i work as a drone pilot ### 1/5 — Login broken *2026-05-18, version 2.0.3* Have to reset on every app open.
