I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling, but that doesn't work. I hate not being able to see my info, I'm ready to close this account and go somewhere else ### 1/5 — Needs update *2023-11-01* The colors won’t change it keeps crashing every time I try to change the colors in the app I downloaded it on my android and it works fine after it was able to update ### 1/5 — Password *2022-04-21* I can’t log into anything with the app👻. I select forget password and someone else’s random email pops up. Deleted the app, tried again… same garbage. I assume by now I’ve given the money to someone over seas. I allow them and then go to enable them and enter my values and I hit save and it says they saved successfully but when I go back in, nothing is saved. Not a big deal, but very frustrating given the fact you advertised them working properly. ### 5/5 — Fantastic App! *2021-03-05* What a great app! I love all of the new features it provides. It’s seriously so easy to use, and makes managing my money easy. I can transfer money to pay my loan, see my balances at a glance, and even get text alerts that remind me to pay my loan! The best part is the remote deposit. LOVE THIS FEATURE! I can do everything I want/need all on my phone. The app itself is much cleaner & looks great. I can track spending and savings with the charts, deposit my checks, block my debit card if I lose it, transfer money to my other accounts & other people at the credit union, apply for a loan, change the names on my accounts to anything I want, and get notifications when my account goes below a certain dollar that I set. It’s so easy to set up! Looks great! Works great! Easy to use! Easy to read! Able to do anything I want! This is a win-win!!! The ability to deposit a check without having to come into a branch is super convenient. Being able to view all my balances from one location, as well as transferring within accounts is a game changer. I previously had not used online bill pay but now that it’s all in one place, I definitely will!
