Deveriam ter mais respeito com os pacientes em pelo menos deixarem o psicólogo se explicar e se despedir, ou a própria plataforma trazer esclarecimentos. Isso vai de encontro à própria saúde mental de quem busca o tratamento, pois é uma quebra de vínculo muito repentina e intensa! Isso que faz parte de um serviço pago (Gympass). Messages in app are hard to find. My plan keeps being put on hold out of nowhere. It took 2 weeks to be connected to a therapist only for her to tell me she can’t help because she doesn’t treat in my state and I’ll be passed to customer service. Customer service seems to be overseas, there’s a large time delay, I don’t feel my messages are understood as I get same questions asked. Still waiting to be connected to a therapist. So far entire experience has been about a month and I still haven’t been able to utilize my plan. Feels like this service is completely fraudulent.
