Even after entering the correct ID and password, it keeps showing “Your session has expired”. After trying 8 to 10 times, login is successful. This problem has been going on for a long time but has not been fixed till date. It is very sad that such a big bank is making an app that does not work properly.

I am a regular customer of IFIC Bank. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the current performance of their mobile app service.

While the app works occasionally, most of the time (around 90%) it fails to function properly. Login issues, constant loading errors, and failed transactions are extremely frustrating for customers.

In today’s digital era, a bank’s mobile service must be reliable and stable. I sincerely hope IFIC Bank takes immediate action to resolve these issues and restore customer trust.
