Only bad thing is that for the most important part of the app ( sending fire calls) cost money. Should def make free. Absolute joke ### 1/5 — Cant even get registered *2023-01-16* Not sure if this app was abandoned or not but I cant even register. Entered my country and mobile number and it says code has been sent but not receiving any codes. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2022-06-02, version 3.28.5522* Every time you update it, you lose loads of your hours ### 1/5 — Not everything works still *2022-02-01* Even with the subscription the added features don’t work. Buggy. Works a little bit better than nothing. Was hopeful that the new update would fix the geofencing and scheduled office hours. Nothing has improved functionality. Looks a bit different but still doesn’t do what it say it does. **Developer response:** Hi Jon, sorry for your bad experience with my app. I have a new version about to be released which has had large parts of the app re-written to be more stable and fix bugs. This should be available in the next 4-5 days. ### 2/5 — Used to be better. *2023-08-19, version 4.0.12* One of the main reasons we used this app was for the event planning section. Since an update this has been removed and after several emails and being told it would be back soon, it’s still not there. Sadly this is the key feature for us and the app is no good to us without it. ### 2/5 — Geofencing doesn’t work *2022-11-23* The geofencing feature was one of the main reasons our station decided to use this app and pay the premium subscription fee. Most of us have jobs that are several miles away from the station so our availability changes frequently, often several times a day. As such, we have to manually reset our availability status several times a day and sometimes we forget, which makes the info on the app hard to rely on when a call comes in. Can you fix this please? ### 3/5 — Needs work for Australia *2019-10-20* Lacks ability to set Australian Time zone. Lacks ability to geo fence specific areas (state border) only works on a radius. Lower Sth NSW so need to disregard Victoria and other Fire area west that is covered, perhaps a Geofence working on 4 points of reference. (Polygon instead of a Radius) No maps offline of line for the area Crashes when offline and moving between Apps while referring to maps. Add ons unknown but wouldn’t be paying for this or the monthly subscription ### 3/5 — Unfortunate *2019-04-08* Has the ability to be great but half the stuff doesn’t work and crashes my phone. Won’t let me subscribe. The alert crew function won’t work **Developer response:** We have a new beta update available if you would like to test it which has had a complete rewrite and fixed the alert feature. Get in touch if you’d like to take a look. ### 3/5 — Hours *2018-02-15* I use this app to keep track of my hours, i can’t see this feature anymore, has it been removed? If so then I’m not happy 😩 **Developer response:** This feature was added back in to the app fairly quickly and now also has the ability to view individual shifts which make up your working week. If you don’t see this feature, please download the latest update from the App Store. ### 4/5 — Good *2025-08-16* Decent enough app now - It does freeze regularly but it’s easy enough to reset. Tech support was non existent when I was having difficulties with app - literally no response to queries…But since the last update it has been much improved - The auto book on / off function is a bit erratic but overall it is now a really useful tool. **Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to leave this detailed review and for sticking with the app through its earlier challenges. I sincerely apologize for the lack of response to your support queries - that's completely unacceptable and I understand how frustrating that must have been. This app has always been a passion project that I've developed entirely in my spare time with my own funding, which sometimes meant I couldn't provide the level of support users deserve. I'm genuinely glad to hear the recent update has improved your experience! I've been able to dedicate more time to development recently, so you should continue to see improvements in stability and features going forward. I'm particularly focused on fixing the remaining issues like the erratic auto book on/off function you mentioned. Your feedback is invaluable in helping me prioritize what to work on next. It will still show the “unlock” header but I’ll remove this in the next version. The hours should show regardless.
