### 1/5 — American Flag??

*2026-03-28, version 6.16*

English did not originate from America and we don’t speak American English in Australia

Why do we have to see the American flag every time in the app if we select English as language?

### 3/5 — “Downloading” bar in the way

*2025-06-24, version 6.9*

Each time you open this app it comes up with a massive bar which says “Downloading %” which completely obstructs the most critical topics of the app - CPR, Bleeding and Burns. The only way to get rid of it is to press a tiny “x” on the right hand side. Try doing that or explaining it to someone in an actual emergency. Would recommend they move it down to the bottom of the screen.

### 5/5 — Amazing Resource

*2025-04-21, version 6.8*

I was looking online for a First Aid Kit and was amazed to find this free app. It’s full of easy to understand information that will be extremely useful. I think we should all have this on our phones and even more so if you have kids or caring for others. Brilliant,
Well done 👏🏻

### 3/5 — Has no Metronome

*2023-10-18, version 6.0*

The reason I downloaded this was for 2 reasons:
1. Step by step instructions for each incident type
2. To get a metronome beat for doing the CPR.
I am very surprised you don’t have the metronome :(
Plzz add this & I’ll give u 5 stars!!
