### 3/5 — Works great & a perfect addition to SmartService but the pricing is not good at all.

10/02/2025: Been using iFleet with Smart Service for 12-13 years now. iFleet had a huge initial fee for licensing per device but had no monthly or annual cost. Been a long time but that fee per device was something like $300USD or more. Then many years ago, they introduced a monthly fee per device. Now that fee just went up again by 20%.  iFleet has not been updated in almost a year and any previous update was just small bug fixes. It’s look pretty outdated and I’m getting sick of price increases and the app asked for a how do you feel about iFleet every time I close it. Unfortunately, my business is stuck with Smart Service, iFleet and Quickbooks, otherwise I would cancel it all and go with something else. But the alternate is probably just as bad. Might be time to go back to paper and pen. 

10/16/2019: figured it was time to add an update to this review. I’m still using iFleet with Smart Service and still extremely happy with it. The issue with the reversed pictures were fixed long ago and updates come out regularly to keep the app up to day with current iOS updates and enhancements. Keep up the good work Smart Service!

09/29/2017: When will the front facing camera be fix in the iFleet app? The pictures are reversed. We use the camera to take pictures of product information and the words and letters are reversed which makes them hard to view and read. 

I've been using SmartService and iFleet for many years now and will continue for many more. I'm a service tradesman operating my own business and iFleet makes all of our contractors jobs much easier. We just enter our notes and jobs items and complete the call them the office has all the work order information within minutes and the rest is taken care of by SmartService and Quickbooks. iFleet is the best way to be online and paperless. Less paperwork means more time for servicing and making money.

We had the software for six years and no new updates came out the sink process from mobile devices to office. Computers is horrible. Job notes, go missing and all around the software has been a nightmare to use. We switched to BuildOps so far love it.

On settings: -to have an option to disable delete confirmation of Job Items… -An option to enable or disable the autosync after sending an email When filling job items: In the Description be able to write without double tapping like in the rest of the text boxes of the job items Be able to enable or disable the job notes from the PDF

I agree with others, once upon a time the app was stable and did what you needed it to do.  Now the more features added the worst the app gets.  Nothing but bugs and crashing.  STOP adding features and make the app stable to use.

Once you spend a day or 2 playing with the app you realize it is way easier to use than filling out work tickets for every job you do. It can get annoying in areas with bad reception as the app tends to sync pretty frequently. The app would be much better if you could incorporate the use of google maps instead of the IOS maps app.

Once upon a time this app worked well....now you constantly loose your input.  It auto syncs every time you move in and out of the app making in near impossible to transfer information into an estimate or repair from other sources.

Please get rid of the ugly guy weirdly grinning at his ipad, i dont like seeing this screen when opening the app at 4 in the morning. Just put something simple there instead. Easier on the eyes
