CHECK-IN AND RETURN Photograph the car at pickup and return, record the odometer and notes, and keep the photos on the booking. Report damage or add an incidental charge with photos attached. PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS Collect a balance in cash, charge the card on file, or send the renter a payment link. Refund or release the security deposit and see exactly what was retained and why. FLEET Add a vehicle by VIN, edit details and photos, and see each car's insurance coverage. NOTIFICATIONS Get notified when a booking comes in, a renter cancels, a trip is extended, a claim is filed, or a renter replies to your message. iFleet is for hosts with an iFleet account.
