And confusing try to deposit $500 into an aggressive fund and it immediately shows that I’m depositing $1000. Also been trying to open my app for a bit now and it’s not loading properly even after updating to the newest version. Lastly, I tried to add money to the account and it went directly into the one portfolio I’m assuming - but I wanted to put it into another AI portfolio for another one of those add ons. Can you help me? ### 3/5 — AI *2024-01-09* I guess I expected more based on all the hype about AI. The app works well though the information/feedback on performance is weak (IMO). While I haven’t lost money. Expensive. ### 1/5 — Hacked account! *2022-06-18, version 3.0.0* Recently iFlip had what seemed like a breach, when an email was sent out that wasn’t actually from iFlip. After that day my account has been inaccessible, however I am able to login to what seems like my account at the beginning. Neither my monthly statements nor my tax documents are available. When click on them I see someone else’s name. My bank account isn’t even connected to the portfolio any longer. I cannot access my real account. The amount of money in this account isn’t even close to mine. It’s not my money, it’s not my account and not my Smartfolio. I have called, emailed and left voicemail messages to no avail. The customer service is nonexistent. ### 1/5 — It was ok at first. *2022-03-28* I did the manual trading. But they switched with out telling everyone about a broker change. And I had two orders that never executed for days. Till I reached out to the devs. Also have had a withdrawal say and was completed but I never received it in the bank. From the time you sell a stock, and have the money put into your buying power it takes what feels like an entire week before you can trade again. If you can handle how slow the app takes to settle the money. By all means use it. After 3 months of trying it, I’m going back to swing trading on td Ameritrade. ### 5/5 — This is the only app I use now! I invested the $500 minimum as a test. Linking my bank account took over a week. The app works sometimes and gives inaccurate information other times. The customer support email replies in nonsensical ways. A few months in and the “aggressive” AI portfolio has done little growth in a volatile, but predictable market. AVOID! ### 1/5 — Poor login procedures *2026-02-09, version 5.0.0* Takes 30-4 min to login . I d never been able to login from 17 pro without having to reset per meanwhile you are missing the trade ### 1/5 — Scam to avoid *2025-02-24, version 4.4.3* It’s just a smart scam. I invested $150 to test and they just stole my money with Velox in a smart way, over time. Avoid at all cost, plus it’s dated design, you cannot even close an account from the app. ### 1/5 — Low quality app, low quality company *2025-01-29* This company is quite a terrible example of AI or a brokerage app. They consistently make excuses as to why they ‘aren’t Robinhood’. To start, in 2022, I tried to log into my account and somehow I was logged into the CEO’s trading account. It took weeks to get anyone to realize that I was inadvertently logged into the wrong account. Each time I started a ticket explaining that I was logged into the wrong account, they told me they disregarded my messages because they assumed it was spam. Using the AI Smartfolio, to begin was free. Then as of July 2024, they began charging $7/month to use it. If you make a trade inadvertently, you won’t be able to cancel the transaction within the app. You’ll have to put in a support ticket for that. I outperformed their AI with my manual trades. That being said, I just liquidated all of my positions in iFlip and will not be returning. Their app is terrible, their customer service is so slow and their AI underperformed, compared to the stocks I chose manually. No thanks! ### 1/5 — Useless help center *2025-01-08* This is the 2nd time in less than a year that I’ve been unable to login to my account. Remote bot email help center takes days to get anywhere. It has been over a week and still no resolution. I would not recommend iFlip ### 1/5 — App continues to crash *2023-08-21, version 4.1.4* Downloaded this app and began the account setup. The moment i go to take a picture of my DL this app crashes. Constantly. App support has no direct link for communication with the app developers. The reports are so confusing, even their support can’t figure out where a portion of my funds are allocated and why I can’t cash it out.
