I have to use an app to scan every single bottle just so the device works? I have to create an account just to use a simple device that dispenses a solution into s drain line? No thank you. This is way too aggressive and a VERY bad/dangerous practice. ### 1/5 — App no working *2026-06-11, version 4.3.0* After having installed for over a year my app is non responsive and when I open it’s prompting me to create an account as if I’m a new user. FIX IT ### 1/5 — Device is great, app sucks. *2026-05-28, version 4.3.0* You can’t change the dispense schedule. So if you delayed changing the cartridge and need to dispense solution immediately thinking the schedule will auto adjust, it won’t do that nor will it allow you to. ### 1/5 — I flow *2026-05-15, version 4.3.0* Product works great if you can get it to work because the app is absolute garbage ### 4/5 — Installed today *2026-04-29, version 4.3.0* The app was very easy to use only 20 min. ### 2/5 — Locked down = Locked out *2026-02-28, version 4.3.0* After carefully following the installation instructions, the physical unit would still not stay mounted to my handler and every time it fell it would depress the dispense button, which meant the bottle was basically empty after about a month. Now, the bottle is saying “invalid” in the app and won’t dispense despite having some solution remaining. Because everything is locked down, there’s not a way to use the rest of the bottle and I’m out the cost of that remainder, which is not cheap. This is a good product in theory, but ultimately fails when you get paywalled out of using product you’ve already purchased. Not worth the hassle. ### 5/5 — Greg is Awesome *2026-01-26, version 4.3.0* I like the App have it hooked up With Barker AC, Greg the Tech for I Flo is the best if we have bumps in the road ### 1/5 — App only exists to collect your data *2026-01-15, version 4.3.0* First thing it wants is a phone number to send a passcode, for an account that to never set up. If you select not in the US, at least you can give it an email address instead. Then when setting it up, it wants your home address to “pick the correct schedule”, another excuse to collect your data, and it again requires a phone number and your full name. Why not give us region or state options? After that, the app wants access to your location information, again unneeded. Then it forces you to take a picture of the install for some reason. Tapping skip does nothing and forces you to take a pic. On top of that, they require you to validate the cartridge with a QR code, I’m assuming as a type of DRM to lock you into their bottle subscription. At least if you botch the online setup it lets you do an offline one, though you lose out on the notification options. ### 5/5 — Works great. *2026-01-15, version 4.3.0* I always seem to be over confident in my abilities to do home projects. This app made installation and upkeep of my iFlo system really easy. Love the videos, very helpful. ### 1/5 — Not sure who has created this app! *2026-01-14, version 4.3.0* The app design is horrible… I can’t even get past the initial screen because the confirmation code hasn't arrived… So the whole system is unusable.
