## What is iFocusFlow?

Task & habit management with micro-tasks — Break any habit or task into tiny, 2–10 minute actions so it’s easy to start and finish.
Flexible habit schedules & rescheduling — Daily, weekdays, custom days, or one-time; change the time or convert types anytime with a dedicated “Reschedule” flow.
Live Activities & Alarms for focus sessions & due tasks — Start a session and keep progress visible on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island with ActivityKit & AlarmKit.
Brain Dump to stop distractions — Offload thoughts in seconds with text, photos, and voice notes; everything is preserved and editable.
Turn brain dumps into action — Convert any Brain Dump into a scheduled habit or one-off task, with smart linking both ways for full context.
Share what matters — Export and share Brain Dumps, including audio files and transcriptions, so ideas move with you.
Daily summaries — Get a configurable daily notification summarizing what’s due today, with smart formatting and empty-day encouragement.
Streaks that motivate — Track app opens, focus sessions, brain dumps, and habit completions with clear visuals and longest-streak stats.
Sync via iCloud — Brain dumps, habits, and settings stay in sync across your devices with CloudKit.
Subscriptions done right — Modern StoreKit 2 purchase flow, real-time status checks, restore purchases, and easy “Manage Subscription” access.
Family Sharing — Family plans grant Pro access to family members automatically; the app detects entitlements and explains status clearly.
Powerful notifications — “Upcoming task” reminders with adjustable lead times, daily summaries, and proper handling so completed items don’t ping you.
Performance & reliability — Optimized CloudKit sync, conflict resolution, and a revamped share-sheet flow for consistent exports.
Optional gamification like streaks is built in today; XP/levels can be layered on top of your progress model if you choose to message it that way in marketing.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.6.2 — 2026-03-20

New in version 1.6.2:
* Live Activity Display Change - If an alarm is snoozed, the live activity during the snoozed period will now display "Snoozed" instead of "00:00" after the initial countdown was triggered.
* Widget Change - The Today's Task widget only refreshed after launching the app for the first time each day. Now it will pre-load all open/incomplete tasks on every launch including future dated activities, and should refresh the widget "tomorrow" without requiring the app to be launched - to help with those early morning due tasks at a glance.

### 1.6.1 — 2026-03-05

New in 1.6.1:
Brain Dumps now support storing / saving documents (PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT), Video (MP4, WEBM), and Audio (MP3, M4A)
Improved Brain Dump iCloud Drive storage, each is saved to its own folder
Configurable AlarmKit secondary button functionality when an Alarm is triggered (Snooze with configurable timer, Mark Complete, Open App)
Bugs Fixed:
With iCloud Drive sync enabled, a new Brain Dump may inadvertently delete media when processing an iCloud Sync event back to the original device
Moved Completed task/habit tick/check icon in Calendar View to far left, to not clash with the + button
