False Advertisement

It offered a 3 day trial but I was charged $29.99 as soon as I downloaded. This is completely unacceptable and I requested a refund and have been denied 2x “Not eligible for refund.” No reasoning! Apple has done this a lot recently and it’s unacceptable and unappreciated!!
