This app use to me so good but now it’s a flop. It adds users and I can’t edit other users. I can’t even pair, amongst other things. Truly disappointing.

I could get my scale to connect to Bluetooth but it wouldn't log my weight because it kept trying to create a new profile each time. Definitely a severe lack of developer support.

If l could give this a zero star I would. I downloaded the app because the Veteran Administration (VA) sent me a fora scale. The app is poorly designed, it doesn’t record the weight, you will get an indication on your phone of your weight but it quickly disappears. The app is not intuitive at all and usable. Like l said if l could give it a zero or negative rating l would. That is how bad it is. I hope they do some updates and fix the app because their scales appear to be heavy duty and durable.

All features seem to be great except the chart range for weight graph is from 200 to 500 pounds and barely shows any changes of weight on graph.  The range should be a smaller range, if I weighed less than 200 not sure the graph would even show anything.

The scale itself is amazing. The App is not.
