Sure, there’s a 30 day free trial, but what help is that if I’m just looking for a solution for myself? It’s fine to charge for a service, we all need to make money, but be honest and say so in the description. Derated by one star for every hundred times I’m asked to rate the app. Amazing ability to collect data in the field. Decreased workload significantly for our business. The photos ALWAYS shows on the report even if you have no photo for that slot. Once you put a photo in a slot, you have to take a photo of blackness to replace it. Even still, there is a photo of blackness on all reports following unless you change it to another photo. The same goes for info typed in. Once you type something into a box and send in the form, that box shows in EVERY form after even when there is nothing in it. It makes a cluttered form when you look back at your notes. Finally, for some reason, the iForms app is taking a TON memory space in my iPad. I don't see why this should happen since I am sending in all my reports and not retaining a copy on my iPad. I also regularly delete my pictures to create space but that doesn't affect the amount of space the iForms take. It could use some changes. Overall very useful. I HAVEN'T even gotten to use the app, so it's arrogant of them to ask me to upgrade. Especially when the forms don't download/upload properly. Eg. Questions with the answer to be Tyler into a text box - there's no text box or a section for an answer. ### 1/5 — Very poor *2013-02-16, version 5.0.5.0* Glad the company I work for pays for this rubbish & not me. Every time informs is opened it shows low memory. When I load more than 15 assets it slows down to the point of being useless. Data is lost when it its uploaded to our office. It is the cause of a great deal of frustration to my colleagues & I who work "out in the field" & we can't understand why our company uses this rubbish. I used a palm pilot with Fire Trax 10 years ago that worked better than this ! ### 1/5 — Should be called "iForm Trial" *2012-09-19, version 4.7.1.0* If it's a trial (which it is), then it should be very clear in the icon, name or description. The product is a 30 day trial, which you can convert into a subscribed version for $600pa (very limited functionality) - $10,000pa (what you'd expect). A waste of time unless you're seriously looking to spend that amount, OR only want to use a form for a 30 day period with a max 10 records in your database... ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Best mobile data collection system *2025-05-23, version 10.11.9* Massively scalable and anything we can develop a data collection process for can be automated in this App. No or low code, easy to learn, and support is excellent. We have been using it since it started, about 14 years now, and to date have not seen anything that could replace it or compares. Our precious home-built tool had become unwieldy and too difficult to maintain accurately and iForm not only solved those issues for us but also allowed us to expand it's use into other areas of our program. This is hands down the best MDC tool on the market and there's a great support team in the background when needed. The best part about iForm is it actually works with ease in remote disconnected areas of the world and the setup is fast.
