Sanctioned events are run by bigots. ### 1/5 — Recent update messed up the calendar *2024-08-28* Calendar used to show league end dates and now only show start dates and then disappear from the calendar after they start. The app before the update was better. ### 2/5 — Calendar busted *2025-07-05* Was great but now calendar doesn’t work and that is one of the main things I use it for! Please fix! ### 3/5 — Can’t leave suggestion *2026-03-10* I was going to give four stars and then when I clicked on the “app support” link and filled in the required information, I got an error message that stated “something went wrong, please try again later. So here I am, downgrading to 3 stars. The suggestion that I wanted to provide was that it would be really nice to have an additional filter option in the calendar section to separate leagues from tournaments. I set my search radius to 150 miles, but I am really not interested in seeing what leagues are out that far. **Developer response:** This option already exists under the location setting on the calendar page? There’s a “Show Leagues” checkbox. Feel free to email me and I can send you a screenshot or work through it with you. Thanks! ### 3/5 — Calendar Shows Offline *2026-01-02* The calendar feature of the app hasn’t worked for months. It just shows a message that it’s offline. Response to dev question: I’m not searching anything specific. I’m just tapping the calendar icon at the bottom of the UI. It spins for a while, and then a message that reads “Offline - no cached data available” pops up and disappears. The rest of the app works as expected. It happens regardless of whether I’m connected to WiFi or cellular. **Developer response:** Can you send logs to me? Double tap the IFPA logo on the about page. It just shows a message that it’s offline. **Developer response:** Can you tell me what location and distance you are searching? ### 4/5 — Good Companion App *2026-01-10* There is a bug in the calendar feature, but overall very stable. The bug occurs when you increase the distance from a particular location to over 250 miles. I had this set by accident, but I didn’t notice. As a result, when I tapped the calendar icon, a spinner would appear, and after a little bit, a message that reads “Offline - no cached data available” will appear. When I reduce the distance to under 250 miles, the calendar populates. I would like to see the tournament manager incorporated into this in the future, but I can see why that wouldn’t be a high priority feature for most users. I used the calendar a ton to see upcoming events in my state. However, the scroll is very janky and can be frustrating to deal with. **Developer response:** Thanks for leaving a review. When you say janky, what do you mean? I’ve debated removing the scroll to event when you click on the map marker, instead popping a tooltip and opening it. Question - is there a delay in State points/ranking change even after a tournament has been posted for overall points/rank? **Developer response:** There should not be a delay. However at this time the NACS button on the player detail page is returning 2019 standings.
