## What is IFPP™?

IFPP™ (Integrated Functional Pain Program™) is a patient companion app provided by your pain management clinic. It supports chronic pain self-management through an evidence-based educational curriculum and connects you with your care team for clinical follow-up.

EDUCATIONAL CURRICULUM
The program delivers a structured 8-week curriculum covering pain education, movement pacing, sleep hygiene, nutrition, stress management, and cognitive approaches to living well with chronic pain — followed by monthly Continuing Care modules that build on what you've learned. Daily check-ins help you track your pain, sleep, and mood so your care team can monitor your progress and adjust your care plan.

PROCEDURE SUPPORT
If you have a procedure scheduled at your clinic, the app shows you what to expect and how to prepare, and checks in with you afterward so your care team can follow your recovery. Your care team's individual instructions always come first.
