The Infiniti Financial Services (IFS) Online Account Manager app allows an existing IFS customer to manage their account on-the-go. 

To gain access to your account, IFS account holders may either register or enter their login information from an existing account registered on www.infinitifinance.com.

Now when you try to make a payment you have a credit and it won’t pay until the due date. Your payment is considered a PAST DUE(CREDIT). This app is ridiculous. Whoever signed off on this change should rethink their processing skills.

I cannot get into my account to pay my bill. I go to sign in and it takes me to a registration page but when i input the info it says that the account number is already registered. So how am i able to sign in? doesn’t seem very luxurious to me

I can’t login to remote start my car, I get errors all the time. When I go in to make a car payment and ask me for my banking information every time. This is by far the worst app I have used.

Just bought a new car and can’t make a payment because this p.o.s. doesn’t work. Infiniti you need to stop using a stupid dev team.

Every few months the app will not load and will not allow you to pay your car bill, causing it to collect more interest. Who is going to waste time calling Infiniti every month? It’s almost like they do it on purpose to pocket a few extra dollars from anyone they can. Pathetic.

This app is horrible. I never had an issue until the last couple of years. Now, whenever you all do an update to fix bugs, the app stops working. You tell me to delete the app and then add it back, and it still doesn’t work. This is very frustrating for the client. I know you want these payments on time, but the app won’t cooperate. Can you please resolve these issues!

The app was fine until they updated it about a month ago. Now I have to access my email for a code every time I need to log in. And the payment due is more confusing than ever before. When I try to pay it says I have zero due, like they are trying to make me miss payments.

This new app continually doesn’t work it won’t remember me and I need to be sent a verification code and it only come outside of business hours. I haven’t been able to pay via app or online for over two weeks! The phone number on the site is incorrect and calling gets you transferred (I.e disconnected) when I finally got a human they told me we were notified service would be down. (I was not but you can send me 15 promotional emails a week but not a verification code) So I made a payment via checking account and have no way of verifying the payment went through. I haven’t no payments listed in the app and still can’t access my account via the web. and now I finally got into the app and it won’t let me make a payment because I don’t owe anything yet. You need to fire all of your web/mobile developers making these updates and revert to the old versions. What happened to quality assurance and bug test/fix before you go live? You’re not a small company hiring a neighbor as your web developer. This is unprofessional and unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
