Awful experience. I have login on the computer or website on google to pay. It was very convenient to pay through the app- please fix it ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2024-07-03, version 15.5.0* Worst app ever , each time there’s an update the app never works and you have to go thru safari to be able to pay . It never saves my password, doesn’t update accurately… You’ll pay your bill on the weekend and it’ll say it’s past due until Monday. Maybe when the statement comes out and a few days before it is due, would be better. ### 1/5 — ENDS YOUR EBILLS *2023-03-16* If you are enrolled in ebills through your bank, downloading/activating this app will disable it. No one could tell me why I had missed an automatic payment but they were very good at reading their three lines of script. It’s not my bank’s fault Infiniti didn’t send the ebill, it’s not Infiniti’s fault for not sending it, it’s my fault for thinking a car company would have a decent app. Payment app with nothing other than the ability to pay. Bare bones, at best. Garbage, if we’re being honest. ### 1/5 — Unintuitive *2023-03-10* The most unintuitive app that exists. Lots of lag and crashing. Simple tasks such as principle payments don’t go through unless you try multiple times. You can’t easily see historical info. Had I known it’d be this hard I would’ve chosen another finance company. Too much hassle! ### 2/5 — Needs a lot of work *2022-12-15* The autofill feature no longer works solely with this app with my password manager so I am having to copy and paste my password now every time. This app should also have a biometric login in order to allow quicker login for users. The most recent update has slowed down app performance as well. This one is a pain in the neck. It’s not user friendly, and apparently INFINITI has not taken notice of the 1.8 star rating of the app. Nearly every respondent has the same issue, yet it remains unfixed. The app was fine for years and now this update is straight aggravating. You have to login every time via the web. Don't see the point of the app if I have to login online. Not to mention the face recognition Olga's been removed so I have to type information each time. Last month’s scheduled payment didn’t post, I was not aware of it until I was notified by email that my account was PAST DUE! This month, I scheduled my payment to be made on the due date (18th) as I did last month. I checked today (19th) payment was not made. I went to the website to make the payment, it went through. Your payment is considered a PAST DUE(CREDIT). This app is ridiculous. I go to sign in and it takes me to a registration page but when i input the info it says that the account number is already registered. Who is going to waste time calling Infiniti every month? It’s almost like they do it on purpose to pocket a few extra dollars from anyone they can. Now I have to access my email for a code every time I need to log in. And the payment due is more confusing than ever before. When I try to pay it says I have zero due, like they are trying to make me miss payments. ### 1/5 — What is wrong with the service? *2025-06-14, version 16.5.0* This new app continually doesn’t work it won’t remember me and I need to be sent a verification code and it only come outside of business hours. I haven’t been able to pay via app or online for over two weeks! The phone number on the site is incorrect and calling gets you transferred (I.e disconnected) when I finally got a human they told me we were notified service would be down. (I was not but you can send me 15 promotional emails a week but not a verification code) So I made a payment via checking account and have no way of verifying the payment went through. I haven’t no payments listed in the app and still can’t access my account via the web. and now I finally got into the app and it won’t let me make a payment because I don’t owe anything yet. You need to fire all of your web/mobile developers making these updates and revert to the old versions. What happened to quality assurance and bug test/fix before you go live? You’re not a small company hiring a neighbor as your web developer. I did all of my account setup/auto payment setup using a computer so I had no problem there. Really all I need to use it for is to track payments and payoff amount which it does that well. The app is a little slow and not having Touch ID login is a bit annoying.
