## What is IFS Audit Manager?

The IFS, the umbrella brand for global product safety and quality standards, offers from now one its users the possibility to implement and work with the standard through multiple different channels. In addition to the IFS Database and the audit software auditXpress, the new app IFS Audit Manager will support internal auditors in their task on site. The app runs on smartphones and tablets and provides, next to the included IFS checklist, various means of support during the audit. A compact collection of auditor questions, a glossary, guidelines and additional references on your device will help you as an auditor to perform your audit.

Functions and benefits:
- create new audits with the actual IFS checklist
- get helpful extra information related to IFS requirements
- find all IFS documents in one application on the smartphone
- export your audit report directly in an Excel or CSV file. No more need to copy your handwritten notes.

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings on the device.

Es wäre super praktisch wenn Man eigne audits erstellen könnte um auch Punkte zu kontrollieren die im IFS nicht erwähnt oder detaillierter erfasst werden sollen

Wir nutzen die App jedes Jahr zur Auditvorbereitung und für das interne Audit. Leider ist es seit dem Update zur Version 7 nicht mehr möglich den Auditbericht zu exportieren. Es taucht lediglich die Fehlermeldung „Export fehlgeschlagen“ auf. Bitte beheben, dies stört ungemein!

Die App im ganzen ist gut aufgebaut und bietet eigentlich genau die Funktionen die man zum auditieren braucht. Dass einige Funktionen kostenpflichtig sind ist nicht weiter dramatisch und auch verständlich. 

ABER: 2 absolut wichtige Funktionen im Audit-Alltag funktionieren nicht und macht daher das Benutzen sehr umständlich und fast unmöglich. 1. die angegebene „offline“ Funktion, funktioniert gar nicht! Sobald man offline ist und die App neu öffnet, erscheint der Fragekatalog erst garnicht.
2. Warum auch immer funktioniert die App nur im Hochformat. Sobald man das iPad oder iPhone dreht, kann man die App schon nicht mehr bedienen, dies macht die App, welche man ja wohl am wahrscheinlichsten mit einem iPad mit Tastatur benutzt, absolut unbrauchbar.

Mein Fazit: Werden die beiden Probleme nicht behoben, bleibt die App unbrauchbar. Sonst hat diese App sehr großes Potential.

Es fehlen komfortablere Im- und Exportfunktionen. Warum gibt es in der Pro-Version kein Export als PDF? Die importierte AuditXpress Datei kann nicht auf dem PC in AuditXpress geöffnet werden (aaxf)?!

Die App ist (in der Profiversion) beim Audit sehr hilfreich, die Auditorensicht hilft beim bewerten. Leider ist die App nur im Hochformat zu benutzen, was das Eintippen von Texten sehr schwierig macht.
