You can’t download for offline use and navigation inside the chapter course is not allowed. Thanks, M ### 3/5 — Firefighter One Exam Prep *2024-10-13, version 2.9.10* Helpful Skills Videos but I would highly not recommend using this app for the Firefighter One Final, I failed my Fire One Written Final twice because of this app, I asked around and reached out to any contact I can think of in my local PA area about what I can use to study and they recommend IAFC, the IFSTA App is just subject based questions, not exactly exam based, I don’t know what the Fire One Test Banks are for other areas but for Bucks County, PA, I would recommend using your IFSTA Textbook to study, or I would recommend using the yellow exam prep book which the fire school provides, you can also get an IAFC Prepbook off of Amazon or EBay but just know it is very costly! ### 2/5 — Content *2024-08-07, version 2.9.10* Purchased the chapter but still says I have to pay ### 4/5 — YES, yes, yes!!! I then went to study for a promotional exam and downloaddd the app on my phone so I could review while on the go easier. The data did not transfer my purchase from one device to the next. Unfortunately, it automatically updated to 7th edition. The interactive courses and test prep are awesome. But, the audio only works sometimes on the videos. It’s super frustrating. It works mor consistently with headphones. But not always. I have 2 of your apps and it’s the same on both. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Reset purchases, cannot restore. *2025-11-18, version 3.0.2* I bought all the chapters and audiobooks, and after closing and reopening the app all the content I bought is missing, I tried the restore purchases button button, it did nothing, and unfortunately I do test today for firefighter 2, yet can’t go through the content due to the glitch. Please don’t buy the bundle until they have fixed this, I have been charged, yet I don’t have any additional content. ### 1/5 — Stole my Money *2025-10-30* The content used to work.. however, halfway through it stopped working and I really wanted to study for Fire and EMS. It seemed too good to be true, so it t very much was. Paid about 60 dollars or more for the material.. just for it not to work and for the no support with the app…I strongly recommend to just save your money.. look elsewhere.. it’s just a scam. I can’t get support, their settings don’t even have a sign in option. I bought the material, and then I deleted the app and redownloaded to see if it would work.. but it is now blocked any knowledge of a previous purchase.. Videos automatically begin to play when you reach a slide and replay one video is completed. This prevents the user from being able to navigate to the subsequent slide before the video auto replays in full screen. ### 5/5 — Great Resource *2025-11-13, version 3.0.2* Had some glitches here and there at the start, but the customer service team was responsive and helpful to getting me logged back into my purchases. And it wasn’t loading properly. And after a little bit I deleted the app and reinstalled which it let you restore purchases so you don’t lose money.
