## Most critical reviews (6 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not as user friendly as before

*2025-08-27, version 5.0.2*

最近登入成個版面轉咗，aplipay咁嘅template, 公告update又轉晒簡體字，總之版面又醜樣又難用，之前一撳就係saved favorite funds list, easy to search, show findings, save, and view, 而家版面係佢想俾咩你睇，而唔係用戶想睇乜嘢嘅perspective. 好反感好唔想再用 。

### 1/5 — Misery

*2020-08-27, version 2.7.0*

After last update. barely see any text now...

### 1/5 — English language is not available

*2018-02-26*

It’s stated that the app is available in english... well nope it’s not.

### 3/5 — Cannot login on iPad Pro after update

*2025-07-28, version 5.0.0*

After the latest update, the screen aspect ratio doesn’t fit iPad Pro. The login button cannot be shown on screen, thus unable to login

### 3/5 — Good service and slick user experience

*2019-02-19, version 2.1.0*

The user experience is just slick! The monthly fund investment plan is exactly what I want, T+1 is much more flexible than insurance plans, already start my first plan. Keep on the great work!

### 5/5 — Improvement suggestions

*2019-11-22, version 2.6.0*

1. Is it possible to add a function, which is currently available to some banks and financial institutions’ mobile applications, to allow users to ‘download’ the statements directly? For ‘download’, as you may appreciate the restrictions of iOS, it is meaning to allow it to be opened by another applications, such as cloud applications, so that I can save the statements on cloud.
2. Since the login has already required authentications, can the passwords on PDF statements be removed if the statements are obtained after logging in?
