Wrongful ban

My account was wrongly banned. Iโ€™ve been trying for months now to get it unban. Someone that works for the support stuff keeps telling me the ban is for life and they wonโ€™t undo it. I just need someone to look at my account and they will see it was wrongly banned. Iโ€™ve never posted anything that would break the rules. My account name is Phench.
