同じdアカウントで、説明通りにインストールし、ログインし、説明通りにチケット購入しましたが、どうやっても電子チケットのQRコードが表示されません。

チケット代だけ取られた気分。

これで入場できなかったら返金してくれるのでしょうか？

ID連携が非常に複雑。キャッチコピーは良いと思いますが実態がよくわからなかったです。

このアプリ、ログインして利用するにはドコモのdアカウントが必要ですが、dアカウントでログインすると、dアカウントに登録されている氏名、性別、生年月日、住所（都道府県のみ）、携帯電話番号、メールアドレスがアプリの運営会社に通知されます。
アリーナ施設を利用するためのアプリの利用開始時に、果たしてそれだけの情報を提供する必要があるのでしょうか。
チケット予約時などに意識して手入力するのであれば、明確に本人の意思としての情報提供だと言えると思いますが、dアカウント連携では情報提供に「同意する」ボタンひとつであまり意識することもなく連携されてしまいます。どの情報が連携されるのかは「+開く」ボタンを押さなければ説明されません。便利は便利かもしれませんが、多くの個人情報がこんなにも簡単に連携されることに、怖さを感じます。
