You have to pay $1.99 to upgrade the app in order to access photos in your library.  Otherwise, you have to use the in-app camera.  Terrible.

When you want a fun and easy way to share a photo on Instagram, this app is your answer! I love how user- friendly it is to navigate. Lots of great options too! I highly recommend it.
