Login and Face ID does not work. Neither they respond on chat lines nor on phone. No responsibility taken for the impacted live positions. The 24hrs shares are not showing up to date percentage after midnight. Some of them are frozen and not showing current price after market is closed. When making order of selling shares you can’t see how many shares you have. This new look version is not user friendly. Too many doors & the graphics are horrendous. Simply put it is not a child grade App designed specifically for pre-school children. I’m not using it if possible. My advice? Stick to using IG on your PC. I contacted their pathetic excuse for 'customer support' about it days ago and have heard nothing from them (other than an auto-response saying they're busy). In fact the only place it is possible to see either is on the positions overview screen as an afterthought.
