I’m at the point of leaving IG, things take forever to happen. It is now Jan 6th, 2025 and the year to date earnings have not been updated for 2024. Money that was recently moved around is not reflected in my accounts. IG is a dinosaur and the company needs an overhaul before it becomes extinct. The app is glitchy, updates are done during the day, why? All updates to corporate websites should be done in the early morning hours (between 1am and 4am), when most people sleep. Investors Group, we expect better, reading back, issue after issue has been happening for years and I for one am tired of them. So I reset to get access and enable Face ID again. The next time I try to use the app? It rejects my password and no Face ID again. Garbage app. The company I work for chose IG, not me. Why? This is a pretty simple app there should be no issues like this….
