When I enter my number all I get is “An unexpected error occured and the request failed, please try again” and this happens all the time. How can someone register when you can’t even get pass the first page. Surprisingly a company as big as 9mobile cannot get little things like this right. It starts off by asking for my mobile number for verification. After I entered the number it said that I would receive a sms to confirm the number. Rather than receive the sms, the app came up with a message that said: “unable to proceed”. The app ended there. This has been the situation for the last 3 to 4 days. This app needs to be sorted out. **Developer response:** Dear Yemilola, Sincere apologies for all inconveniences this might have cost you. No update for the past two years I think this should be shut down as the developers have no interest whatsoever of upgrading Just goes to show value placed on customers So glad I will be deleting this immediately, it’s even taking up space on my phone. Goodbye to rubbish! Update This is the problem with Nigeria and anything Nigerian. Really no regards for customers Over three years now and the app hasn’t been updated as a matter of fact, 9mobile are oblivious to the issues customers are having with this app. It no longer allows you to log in. Even a 9mobile service rep in a 9 mobile store told me it has many problems. Not worth the space it takes.
