As no support contact details. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t display receipts properly *2026-07-07, version 1.2.0* App is great however it cuts off the dollar amount off the receipt, therefore still have to asked for paper receipt. Also a download function for receipt would be handy for competitions or tax purposes. ### 3/5 — It takes a lot of money to get points *2026-04-16, version 1.1.10* Hi, I appreciate the rewards system however, it takes a whole bunch of money to get anything in return! I’ve spent thousands upon thousands over the years at my local IGA, for little in return. Also, my local IGA more than not, overcharge for many items!!! The price on the register, is not the price on the item or it is a different price, usually cheaper! Almost everyone in Morris Street, Innaloo know to check their dockets! This is no way to run a business or treat your local clientele! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work for me *2025-12-24, version 1.1.5* If this app only applies to some IGA stores then no info was given to the user beforehand. It simply would not find my local IGA, 500 metres away. It also would not accept my registered Rewards card number that I have had for 10 years and which works at the check out. Total time wasting exercise. Stay away. ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-12-13, version 1.1.5* Every time I try to login in either rewards or normal app it doesn’t recognise my password and asks me to create a new password then it still won’t let me in it’s so frustrating my passwords are saved in my up to date 16e iPhone. If it doesn’t get fixed this time I’m deleting both and using shopping apps that work. ### 1/5 — Could be so much better *2025-11-17, version 1.1.3* The app relies on you to link their card to your credit card to receive benefits if you choose not to because of obviously security risk you therefore rely on the shop assistant to accurately type in your 13 digit customer number and when they don't you don't its waist of time perhaps someone else is recieving all my points 😔 ### 1/5 — Why *2025-11-15, version 1.1.3* It seems like a great idea but the app always logs me out and I can’t get back in. I havto reset my password frequently which is frustrating. Additionally constant inconvenience of having to login to the account takes too much time while I’m already at the checkout. I’ve installed this app as it’s absolutely deficient ### 1/5 — Requires mobile number *2026-08-15, version 1.2.3* Mobile number required to create account = unacceptable ### 1/5 — Won’t recognise the card I was issued *2026-06-23, version 1.1.13* I picked up the card in store and despite trying multiple times and verifying with others that I was entering the right number, it will not recognise our card. Can’t scan rewards card on every POS (forcing slow manual entry of card numbers). Never feel like any benefit comes from scanning my rewards card (unlike Woolworths or Coles). Additionally, it might be better not to have a such a poorly implemented rewards card system. Scanning rewards cards just adds to employee time (pushing up costs). And development and marketing further increases costs. ALDI doesn’t have a rewards system and instead has cheaper pricing. ### 1/5 — Lame! *2026-02-28, version 1.1.6* They’ve got nothing on Woolworths or FlyBuys. Most stores don’t have scanners. Attendants rarely enter rewards correctly. They cherry pick items they want to flog & overall it’s not worth the time. Finally, a loyalty program that gives real value back to shoppers. It’s simple to use, the app works smoothly, and the cashback is immediate and easy to redeem in-store. I love how the offers are tailored, and the rewards actually make a difference to my weekly shop. Compared to other programs, this one really stands out, it feels designed with customers in mind, not just as a gimmick. A must-have if you shop at IGA!
