App fails more than it barely worked. It will not stay connected even switched to an archaic 2.4 GHz network as stated. It now refuses to connect and only tries to connect via Bluetooth and has yet to accomplish even with all privacy removed. It’s difficult to use this machine without knowing its stats when underwater for example something as simple as its battery level without literally pulling it up to the surface. In my case it likes to stop running in the 10 ft deep end. Please make some adjustments for a machine that’s far more expensive than the competitors, so we’re confident we made the right choice.

I have to re-add my pool
robot each time I use it. In today’s world this is terrible. Fix your technology or be honest with potential customers so they can purchase a better product. Also why can’t the robot connect to a 5G network????

This app has no use and to make everything worse the product itself doesn’t even know how to clean.

App is barely functional, basically can connect once to your pool robot. After that you’ve got to remove the device and reconnect. No status, no info or data other than that one first time connection. Very unhelpful app.

This app does absolutely nothing. It barely connects to the device and you can’t control the pool vacuum at all. It should at least tell you when the device is stuck or complete with a job - it doesn’t do that. 
The vacuum itself is average. It does NOT do as good of a job as it advertised.
