After login page, app takes me to a blank iGate page. Drop down menu has 4 options—about, settings, change language, and logout. Nowhere is there access to the vendors or guests. I would rather use an app than to use the website, but going on 2 years, this bug has never been fixed.

Our community was advised to use this app. At first I thought it was a step up from calling the gate. Now, not a step up. Constantly hangs with the never ending “please wait”. 

The UI is amateurish which I could accept but I spend way more time using this app than calling (which is what I will do from now on). 

Done with it.

My retarded HOA switched from dwelling live which worked perfectly.  Now I have this half baked low budget thing that I cannot get to do simple things like gate entry notification.  Come on that’s ridiculous and not asking for much.  Not sure who’s pocket gut lined in May case but if your gated community ever thinks about this app you need to have them prove it does what it should.

My homeowners association recently switched over to this company and as luck would have it I am unable to add a guest. When I click on the button to add a gasket the application closes I have remove the app and install it again turn off my phone turned it back on same thing. 

I called their customer service two hours later they called me back the representative said they’ve never had this issue before and they’ll get back to me… We’ll see how long that takes - in the meantime I cannot add a guest.

Update: ever since the new update (2.0.10), adding a new guest doesnt work! It just crashes the app each time! User experience is terrible. Animations are not professional, touch targeting is too small, crashes frequently, no integration with faceid/touch id, doesnt use standard iOS user controls nor use a common design language that is intuitive for iOS users. Also, why is this app requesting for my location? There is really no need for location services in this app. It’s obvious this company didnt hire a ux designer, nor someone who has ever coded an iOS application before. This app is embarrassingly of poor quality.

Hey guys. Thanks for protecting our family. Please pass on to your app developer that the font in the iGate app has recently turned the same color as the background and the app is currently useless.

Add, delete, modify guests, vendors, trades a phone call for self entry of info on mobile app which may not really be very helpful for everyone that tries it. 

Free and easy to use though. Updated one week ago.

Soso when working. Sometimes adds guests, sometimes doesn't. Sync with the actual server is not accurate. 

I would suggest using the Nordicsec website on a web browser even on mobile because it's simply way better in every aspect.

Too bad it hasn't had an update since it's release in 2014.
