Hopeless can’t open pages doesn’t allow you to create a password and no help offered

You need a password but no way to get one!

You need a password to enter but there is no way of creating a password, I tried the club password that’s gets into the igMember app but nothing. No help on the web site or the App Store. 
Strongly advise against eating your time!!!
